This historic shopping district contains over 100 restaurants and shops. You can eat, drink and shop your way along 4th Avenue. Just make sure you give yourself plenty of time and money to get the job done right. Everything from Mexican imports to vintage clothing can be bought along this tree-lined avenue.
Leave time and money for more shopping at the the Old Town Artisans
(http://www.oldtownartisans.com / 201 N Court Avenue). Once part of the stables of El Presidio San Augustin del Tucson, the old Spanish fort built in 1775, the building now houses six shops and galleries, a café, and the La Cocina Restaurant & Cantina. Find a seat in the courtyard restaurant, order a large margarita (or two) and relax to the sounds of the Mariachi.
And once you have exhausted your inner shopper, take some time out to Exhale and pamper yourself. Head out to the day spa at Desert Reflections (http://www.desertreflections.com /12650 W Ft Lowell Rd) for a day of yoga and massage (try the hot stone massage) before returning to the real world.
